Call for H.P. Specific Research & Development Projects for the Year 2024-25

Department of Environment, Science  Technology & Climate Change (DEST&CC) hereby invites H.P. Specific Research & Development Project Proposals under “HP Specific Research & Development Project Scheme” for the Year 2024-25 (up to Rs.10 Lakh for a total period of 2 years) to strengthen the research and development in various fields of Environment, Science & Technology and Biotechnology in the State of Himachal Pradesh.

Proposals are invited from Scientists and Technical experts, Engineers working in the academic sector, National labs and other recognised R&D institutions in Himachal Pradesh on following three major thematic areas:

Thematic Area 1: Environment, Climate Change & Natural Resource Management
Thematic Area 2: Biotechnology
Thematic Area 3: Science & Technology
 
Hard copy of R&D Project proposals shall be submitted to the Department of Environment, Science Technology & Climate Change (DEST&CC) on the sub-themes under the above broad thematic areas.  

Details of sub-themes under each of these broad thematic areas, format for submission of proposal, guidelines and terms & conditions are available on the website of DEST&CC, which is: http://www.dest.hp.gov.in 

Last date of receipt of proposals: 29th July 2024 

Note:-
•    Only one best project proposal is to be submitted by (PI & Co-PI) in any of the thematic areas.
•    Multiple proposals from same PI & Co-PI will not be entertained.
