NOTICE:
The Central Government hereby makes available the translated versions of the Draft EIA Notification 2020 in twenty two vernacular languages.
Any person interested in making any objections or suggestions on the proposals contained in the translated versions of the draft notification, may forward the same in writing to the Secretary, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Indira Paryavaran Bhawan, Jor Bagh Road, Aliganj, New Delhi-110 003, or send the same on the e-mail address: eia2020-moefcc@gov.in on or before 15th December 2021.
It is clarified that in case of any discrepancy between the translated version of the draft notification and the Draft Notification (English version), published vide S.O. 1199(E) dated the 23rd March, 2020 in the official gazette on 11th April, 2020, the provisions contained in the English version, published vide S.O. 1199(E) dated 23rd March 2020 shall prevail.
